One of things we loved growing up were those yummy Oreo cookies! Eat the crème middle first, or the top cookie, or bite it all at once was the on.y real dilemma. The only issue we had was what to put those nostalgic treats into this time! Chef decided on a brownie, but more soft, gooey, fudge-y slightly underbaked cake. It’s totally a brownie, just different. Crunchy pieces of toasted Oreo inspired cookie bites lovingly enveloped in rich cocoa and chocolate. It’s a kid’s dream!
